Lomion Encounter Generator

A random encounter table generator based on the metadata provided in monster manual entries found at the lomion.de reference site. Every monster has a habitat (the biome in which they are encountered) and a frequency - such as common, uncommon, rare, or very rare. Luckily, the implications of each qualitative frequency is given for us:

Frequency Chance of Encounter
Common 65%
Uncommon 20%
Rare 11%
Very Rare 4%

As such, it is possible to automate the generation of random encounter tables by categorising each monster according to habitat and rarity. Simply by knowing the party's current biome and rolling a d100 for "rarity", you can determine which encounter table you need to roll on to generate a random encounter.
